Work-cation in Chicago
Taylor and I just wrapped up a big work weekend at her apartment in Chicago, and it felt amazing. If you have the ability to do so, proactively making time and finding a productive space to focus on one project and one project alone is something everyone should try to do.
We cleared our schedules, got distractions out of the way, and got cozy. We ate together, went on walks together, we even slept in the same bed, and we got shit DONE.
Thanks to this work-cation, we've wrapped filming on the interview portion of our kickstarter, and through that process were able to generate a lot of writing about the concept of NOA and a lot of clarity emerged as a result. We are so ready and so excited for our two improv events coming up in a few weeks. (Check out the EVENTS tab above.)
We also filmed some fun takes of Taylor playing some of her songs and a cover of Joni Mitchell's 'Clouds', a song that describes the ups and downs of life so. beautifully. We have a video of one of those songs coming out very soon, check out the PictureLuck Media site here.
It feels good to make time for art y'all!
